Job summary

Riggs Cat is seeking an Early Talent & Workforce Development Specialist to build and sustain the future technician pipeline. You will lead early career outreach, partner with schools and community organizations, and support long-term workforce planning within the service organization.

You will serve as the main liaison for Think Big and Be Pro Be Proud initiatives, coordinating campus visits, recruitment events, onboarding, and ongoing student engagement that converts interest into Riggs

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and engaging talent through traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term technician pipeline strategies aligned with workforce projections.
• Build partnerships with local schools, trade programs, and community organizations.
• Maintain a database of prospective future technicians and mobile power systems professionals.
• Lead Think Big Program activities including campus visits, presentations, and recruitment events.
• Coordinate Be Pro Be Proud outreach activities and logistics.
• Track engagement metrics and support program applicant conversion.
