Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in early talent, university, or campus recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Early Talent requisitions from intake through start, for interns and early-career hires.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Create compliant job postings, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
