• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
• Create compliant job postings, sourcing strategies, and interview plans using internal frameworks.
• Follow Workday workflows and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Deliver timely, transparent communication reflecting ICF values and a best-in-class candidate experience.
