Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Emerging Talent to lead campus recruiting, intern programs, and early-career hiring initiatives in the US. You will manage a Recruitment Coordinator and collaborate with TA, People Ops, and business leaders to attract diverse talent.

The role drives full-cycle recruiting, program operations, and onboarding, with a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior experience in early careers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in early careers recruiting, program management, and campus hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop recruitment or operations staff.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience designing high-volume recruitment operations and internship programs.
• Ability to track KPIs, analyze ROI, and optimize programs.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop data-driven campus recruiting and early talent strategy.
• Team leadership: manage a Recruitment Coordinator and junior team members.
• Onboarding & training: onboard recruiters and ensure ongoing professional development.
• Cohort administration: manage data reporting and deadlines for cohorts.
• End-to-end execution: plan and execute annual program calendar for internships and cohorts.
• Sourcing & candidate experience: ensure high-touch, positive candidate experiences.
• Partnership: collaborate with TA, People Ops, and hiring managers to align outcomes.
