Job summary

CIBC US is seeking an Early Talent Programs Senior Specialist to lead planning and execution of early talent programs for students and early career talent. You’ll coordinate campus events, onboarding activities, and intern programming while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and university partners to align program activity with hiring needs.

You’ll manage intern programming from orientation to end-of-term events and report on key metrics to inform future strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, early talent programming, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination and delivery of early talent programs, including the summer intern program and recruitment campaigns.
• Manage summer intern programming from planning through execution, including orientation and leadership sessions.
• Build strong relationships with student interns and stakeholders across the bank to deliver a connected early talent experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters, L&D, and cross-functional partners to align priorities and deliver program activities.
