Job summary

ICF is seeking an Early Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full lifecycle recruitment for intern, early‑career, and emerging talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a strong Early Talent experience.

You’ll develop sourcing strategies, use data and HR technology, and build relationships across the organization to support university recruiting and workforce planning while maintaining compliant, timely processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in early talent or university recruiting.
• Travel up to 50% during peak recruiting cycles is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Early Talent requisitions from intake through start.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Create compliant job postings, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
• Follow Workday workflows and employment law requirements while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Provide timely, transparent updates reflecting ICF values.
• Partner with Early Talent Manager to support demand planning using data and workforce insights.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs.
