Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage and coordinate early career programs, including internships and campus engagement. You will develop content, plan events, and collaborate with university partners and hiring managers to drive program success.

The role emphasizes data tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement within a collaborative Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 1+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or program coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities and events.
• Comfort working with data, trackers, dashboards, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned early career programs and workstreams, including internships, co-ops, campus engagement, recruiting events, and intern programming.
• Develop and deliver early career content, including communications, program materials, onboarding content, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate logistics for campus visits, career fairs, interview days, onboarding activities, and events.
• Support requisition activity, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation.
• Maintain data, dashboards, and program documentation to support leadership updates and continuous improvement.
