Apera is hiring a Product Manager to join a seed-stage startup building AI for autonomous industrial operations in the SF Bay Area. You will define the platform roadmap end-to-end, from deployment learnings to PRDs and GA releases, shaping architecture-level decisions.

With 2–5 years in enterprise or platform products and exposure to AI/ML features, you’ll work closely with CPO/CTO, have strong technical fluency, and own growth at early-stage scale. Base, bonus and equity on offer.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in enterprise or platform products.
• Exposure to AI/ML features (agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG) preferred.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to read architecture diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap end to end from deployment learnings to PRDs and GA release.
• Make architecture-level product decisions, not just a feature factory.
• Collaborate closely with CPO and CTO and other stakeholders to drive early-stage growth.
