Apera is hiring a Product Manager to join a seed-stage startup building AI for autonomous industrial operations in the SF Bay Area. You will define the platform roadmap end-to-end, from deployment learnings to PRDs and GA releases, shaping architecture-level decisions.

With 2–5 years in enterprise or platform products and exposure to AI/ML features, you’ll work closely with CPO/CTO, have strong technical fluency, and own growth at early-stage scale. Base, bonus and equity on offer.

We're recruiting a Product Manager for a seed-stage start-up building AI for autonomous industrial operations.

The company is backed by some of the world's top VCs and the founder has 10+ years in industrial AI. They're building out their founding product team in the Bay Area and need an early PM to help define what gets built and how it scales. You'd be one of the first product hires, so there's real scope for growth and progression as the team builds out.

As Product Manager you'll own the platform roadmap end to end: from customer deployment learnings through to PRDs, prioritization, and GA release. You'll work at the intersection of AI, industrial operations, and business - making architecture-level product decisions, not just running a feature factory.

We're looking for a PM with 2–5 years' experience on an enterprise or platform product, ideally with exposure to AI/ML features (agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG). You'll need strong technical fluency - comfortable reading architecture diagrams and holding your own in engineering design reviews - plus a customer-facing background.

You'd be joining a small team with no layers and direct access to the CPO and CTO - a rare chance to get in early at a company solving real, physical problems.
