Qualifications

• Follow-up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery
• Coordinate ship schedules with suppliers and containment plans
• Track critical parts and maintain inventory continuity
• Monitor and adjust parts buffers to cover build requirements
• Maintain inventory data and process adjustments from prior shifts

Responsibilities

• Follow-up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery performance
• Serve as main point of contact for all suppliers and provide schedule direction
• Track critical parts and implement containment plans to avoid downtime
• Coordinate alternative sources of material or spot buys when needed
• Manage truck load setups and cancellations to support schedules
• Review buffers and document code exceptions; determine root causes
