Job summary

Ryder in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Associate to support General Motors LLP accounts within our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role focuses on inventory control, material availability, and timely shipment coordination to sustain production.

Key responsibilities include following up on purchased parts, coordinating supplier shipments, and optimizing material coverage while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of MGO (GM’s MRP system) preferred.
• Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery for production.
• Serve as main contact for suppliers and coordinate ship schedules.
• Manage inventory coverage and make adjustments to minimize cost.
