Responsibilities

• Inspect product from ovens for size, shape, color and weight to specifications.
• Realign products before freezing for a uniform final product.
• Inspect product before robot to remove non-conforming items.
• Perform sanitation duties as needed.
• Add fillings to products where required.
• Fold omelets or squares.
• Count patties and place in cases with correct quantity.
• Assemble boxes and insert bags.
• Follow GMPs and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure quality and safety.
• Report unsafe practices affecting food safety or quality to management.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
