Job summary

This position is responsible for preparation and packaging of products in the precooked area, inspecting outputs, realigning items before freezing, counting patties, assembling boxes, and ensuring GMPs are followed to maintain food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add, subtract and work with units of money and weight.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product coming out of ovens for size, shape, color and weight to meet specifications.
• Realign products before entering the freezer for a flat, uniform shape.
• Inspect product prior to robot to sort out damages during freezing and ensure standards.
• Sanitation duties as necessary.
• Add filling to products where required.
• Fold omelets or squares.
• Count patties and place in cases with correct quantities.
• Assemble boxes and insert bags.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies to maintain food safety and quality.
