Responsibilities

• Prepare and package product in the precooked area.
• Inspect products for size, shape, color, and weight to meet specs.
• Realign products before freezing for a flat, uniform shape.
• Inspect for damages and nonconforming items during freezing.
• Maintain sanitation and safe work practices; report safety issues.
• Count patties and package into cases; assemble boxes and bags.
• Adhere to GMPs and food safety/quality standards.
