You will guide new patients through intake, assist with urine drug screens as needed, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth clinic flow. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration is preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and provide a white-glove experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and coordinate with medical staff.
• Oversee patient accounts and handle clerical tasks.
• Provide clerical and logistical support to the team.
• Support weekend and evening scheduling as needed.
