Job summary

The Fresh Market in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Meat Cutter to trim, cut, and prepare meat and seafood to our standards while delivering a first-class guest experience. You will support inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Shifts run early, with a 3 am – 11 am schedule and a $2 differential for hours 12 am–5 am. TFMA certification within 90 days of hire is required; 2+ years of meat-cutting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified within TFMA within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: Meat Cutting, Journey Cutting, Culinary and/or Grocery experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for Meat-Seafood, Deli-CMS, and other departments as needed.
• Cut and trim meat and seafood to TFMA standards.
• Assist with inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising.
• Monitor case temperatures, spills, and storage areas.
• Ensure safety and food safety compliance.
