Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a team member to operate equipment safely for moving packages and heavy freight. You will assist with pallet buildup and breakdown and liaise with ULD repair vendors as needed, performing other duties as assigned.

The role requires physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages, work in various weather conditions, and maintain clear communication in a noisy operations environment. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from the ground to chest level.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for movement of packages/documents/heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
• Assists in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor, as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
