Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking team members to operate equipment safely for moving packages and heavy freight across shifts. You will assist with pallet buildup/breakdown and liaise with the ULD repair vendor when needed.

Qualifications include ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform duties in all weather conditions. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus education assistance and FSAs.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs from ground to chest level and maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and squat for designated hours.
• Able to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack over your head if required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in a noisy operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages/documents/heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between FedEx and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
