Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in the United States is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate equipment, move packages, and assist with pallet buildup and breakdown. You will also liaise with the ULD repair vendor as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

The role requires physical stamina to lift heavy loads, walk and stand for long shifts, and communicate effectively in a noisy environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance from ground to chest level.
• Ability to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages/documents/heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison with ULD repair vendor as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
