UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking a part-time Retail Food and Bev Lead Store in Cincinnati to support safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas. The role requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, and SOPs, with emphasis on serving guests per the Hi Five experience.

The successful candidate will ensure proper dating, food safety, and order accuracy while assisting guests and collaborating with team members during shifts. Requires ability to work early hours and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• Part-time availability including Saturdays 4am–9am.
• Must be able to obtain Food Safety certification under state law.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Operate and balance POS transactions and cash handling.
• Stock, date and prep food items per SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of foodservice areas and equipment.
