Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring immediately for a Car Loader/Unloader in Saint Paul, MN. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars, then park them for inventory checks and quality control, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Open availability (Fri–Sun) is needed on a 4-day on/2-day off rotation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Lift up to 40 lbs overhead.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs on/off railcars.
• Open availability; 5 days a week; Fri/Sat/Sun required.
• Pre-employment background, physical and drug screening.
• Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off railcars safely and efficiently.
• Park vehicles in designated areas for processing, inventory and inspection.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely movement.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
