Job summary

The Keep Kitchen & Liquor Bar, part of First Hospitality, is seeking a Line Cook to help deliver a chef-driven dining experience in The Keep at LeVeque Tower. You will work under the Executive and Sous Chefs to prepare and present meals with consistency while adhering to safety standards.

Open availability is required for 6AM–3PM shifts. 1+ year of culinary experience and a HS diploma are preferred. The restaurant emphasizes local ingredients, a modern twist, and a guest-focused service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years culinary experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes by following recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety standards with proper date marking and rotation.
• Initiate prep based on anticipated needs.
• Store all food products properly during and after use.
• Assist in controlling waste and food costs.
• Operate kitchen equipment (fryers, stoves, ovens, mixers, etc.).
