Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook for the Second shift (2PM–11PM) to assist in delivering high-quality, Instagram-worthy dishes. You will work with the Executive and Sous Chefs, follow recipes, maintain safety and portion control, and adapt to guest requests while supporting teammates in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Open availability is required; 1+ year culinary experience preferred and a High School diploma or equivalent is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of culinary experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the primary workplace language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistently high quality by following recipes and specifications.
• Follow all food safety standards and proper temperature control.
• Initiate preparation based on anticipated needs and maintain production standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support team members and uphold hotel brand and company expectations.
