Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. in Foster City, CA or Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Clinical Trials Manager (CTM) to lead end-to-end operations for early phase oncology trials.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee CROs/vendors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across FDA/EMEA frameworks. Travel is required and prior CRO/pharma and oncology experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant scientific experience.
• Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience overseeing CROs/vendors in clinical trials.
• Oncology clinical trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of clinical studies.
• Assist in overall study management and budgeting.
• Review protocols, consent forms, CRFs and reports.
• Maintain study timelines and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate CRO/vendor selection and oversight.
• Train CROs, sites, and investigators as needed.
• Travel as required to sites and sponsors.
