Job summary

BioPhase Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to support an oncology/diagnostics client. You will provide end-to-end operational leadership for clinical studies and collaborate with internal teams, CROs, vendors, and investigative sites.

You will lead studies from start-up to closeout, oversee CROs and vendors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements. Global study experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical research experience in biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or a CRO.
• 5+ years of CRA/Senior CRA experience.
• Strong management and oversight of CROs, vendors, and study timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical studies from start-up through closeout.
• Manage CROs, vendors, sites, timelines, budgets, and enrollment.
• Identify study risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Medical Affairs, and other teams.
• Support study documentation, data review, database lock, and inspection/audit readiness.
• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with GCP, ICH, and applicable regulatory requirements.
