Job summary

Repertoire Immune Medicines in Cambridge, MA is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of early-stage oncology trials, including first-in-human studies, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with cross-functional collaboration across sites and CROs.

You will manage trial budgets, timelines, TMF completeness, and regulatory documentation, ensuring quality and compliance while driving risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; 3+ years clinical trial management experience.
• Proven CRO and vendor management experience with oversight of performance and budgets.
• Ability to lead trials independently in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of clinical trials ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery per SOPs and ICH/GCP.
• Identify risks and plan mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee outsourced activities with CROs and vendors and review monitoring reports.
