Zusammenfassung

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks in Illinois, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely task completion. The role involves supervising teams, maintaining relationships with staff and customers, and upholding UPS's code of conduct.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Understands and consistently demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.
