Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and task execution. The role holds teams accountable for attendance and submitting timecards.

Position is Tuesday-Saturday, 4:30 am–9:30 am, with a permanent employment type. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and prior management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Ensures attendance and submits timecards; manages daily activities.
• Develops good relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Coordinates evaluations with management and conducts group meetings.
• Addresses package concerns and ensures timely completion of duties.
