Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create and balance daily bank deposits; maintain daily work logs.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Resolve customer service or associate issues promptly.
• Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and drive participation.
• Assist in managing the Site and Department budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry, closeout, cash balancing, and payroll recording.
