Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our World Class Supply Chain Team in Kansas City. You may work in six areas including Bulk/Material Handling, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping, performing safety-conscious tasks and moving products up to 100 lbs.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment, keep areas clean, support accuracy, and collaborate with colleagues. Shift 3:00am-11:30am, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
• Lift/push/pull 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks to move product up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance as required.
• Pick, pack, and palletize products across multiple warehouse areas.
• Unloading trucks, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies with teammates.
• Ship orders and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
