Job summary

The Salema Group is hiring at Dunkin’ locations along the seacoast. We seek enthusiastic individuals for full- and part-time Crew Member roles with room to grow within our SPARK culture.

Starting wages are $15.00–$16.00 per hour with tips for full-time and $12.50–$14.00 per hour with tips for part-time, plus benefits and opportunities to advance in a welcoming franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile and take orders accurately.
• Opening Procedures: Bake pastries, merchandize, brew iced coffees and teas, and prep the store.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, make sandwiches, and serve donuts promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Restock supplies and clean equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with crew to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Schedule

• Early morning hours. Starting at 4 am or earlier.
• Full & part-time opportunities are available. We offer flexible schedule hours that work for you.
• The ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus, but not required.
• Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
