The Salema Group, operating Dunkin’ locations in New Hampshire and Maine, invites energetic crewmembers to join our Dunkin’ team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with starting pay of $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus tips, and $12.50–$14.00 per hour plus tips for part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Customer service excellence: greet guests, take orders, ensure a delightful experience
• Opening procedures: baking, merchandising, brewing iced coffee/tea, daily prep for opening
• Beverage and food preparation: brew coffee, assemble sandwiches, donuts
• Maintain cleanliness: restock supplies, clean equipment
• Team collaboration: work with crew to create a welcoming atmosphere

Schedule

• Early morning hours. Starting at 4 am or earlier.
• Full & part-time opportunities are available. We offer flexible schedule hours that work for you.
• The ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus, but not required.
• Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Opening Procedures: Baking products, merchandising bakery products, brewing iced coffees and teas, and prepping the store to open for the day.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package delicious donuts and serve them promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
