The Salema Group, operating Dunkin’, is hiring Crew Members in New Hampshire. Full-time roles start at $15.00–$16.00 per hour plus tips; part-time roles start at $12.50–$14.00 per hour plus tips. We offer flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
• Opening Procedures: Baking products, merchandising bakery products, brewing iced coffees and teas, and prepping the store to open for the day.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches and package delicious donuts and serve them promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
