Job summary

Kohl's in Cypress, CA is seeking a store associate to ensure a safe, clean store environment and provide excellent customer service. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, manage supplies, and assist with stockroom and omnichannel fulfillment as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining equipment, and following Kohl’s procedures. Must be 18+, with flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. No prior retail experience required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl’s standards.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by placing orders when low and rotate/store properly.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Use Kohl’s tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
