Job summary

Midas Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Server for the Hotel Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining service standards across an AM shift (5:30am - 11:30am).

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for positive guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly to create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus and answer questions about offerings, ingredients, and prep.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns.
• Utilize suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and revenue.
