Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant / Hospitality AM to ensure a positive start to each guest's day by preparing, presenting, and maintaining the breakfast area while delivering exceptional hospitality.

The role involves greeting guests, monitoring replenishments, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced hotel setting. Prior hospitality experience is welcomed but not required, with early shifts and weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused with a positive attitude.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for early shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast area according to standards.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Monitor and replenish food, beverages, utensils, dishes, and supplies during service.
• Maintain attractive displays and ensure quality/presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize breakfast areas, tables, and equipment.
• Wash, organize, and store dishes, cookware, and breakfast equipment.
• Follow food safety guidelines and health department regulations.
