Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking an amiable AM Restaurant Server to join our breakfast service team in Allentown. You will provide attentive, friendly service in a polished dining setting and help ensure a positive guest experience.

The role requires early shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to stand for long periods. You’ll work with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver efficient service and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

We are seeking a personable, dependable, and service-oriented AM Server to join our restaurant team. Our restaurant offers a polished, welcoming dining experience in a comfortable setting, and we are looking for someone who enjoys creating a positive experience for every guest.

The AM Server is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient breakfast and morning service while maintaining the professional standards of our restaurant.

Must be available for early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Knowledge

Must have basic knowledge of guest service principles, the food server function and restaurant and kitchen operations.

Must know standard cash-handling procedures.

Must be fluent in oral and written English.

Abilities

Must have ability to perform multiple tasks at one time, must be able to follow verbal and written instruction, and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Must be highly organized and able to pay attention to sound and sight details in crowded and noisy situations, particularly when handling multiple tasks.

Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.

Experience

One Year of Previous experience in similar position preferred.
