Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant / Hospitality AM to join our hotel team. You will prepare, present, and maintain the breakfast area while delivering exceptional hospitality and service to guests.

The role emphasizes interacting with guests, keeping a clean and organized environment, and adhering to food safety and presentation standards in a fast-paced hotel setting. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and passion for guest service.
Food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation practices preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Set up, present, and maintain breakfast area to brand and company standards.
Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Monitor and replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies during service.
Maintain attractive displays and ensure quality presentation.
Clean and sanitize breakfast areas, tables, and equipment.
Store dishes and cookware properly and ensure food safety guidelines are followed.
Assist guests with inquiries about hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of storage and prep areas.
Support additional hotel projects as assigned by leadership.
