Job summary

The Merchandiser at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC will present products to attract customers at multiple retail locations in Monroe, NC. This role services and maintains several Convenience Retail, Drug, and Value accounts by merchandising approved products while following safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license preferred.
• Excellent driving history preferred.
• Proof of insurance coverage meeting stated limits is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf.
• Manages displays and point-of-sale materials.
• Rotates products and ensures proper planograms.
• Maintain organization in back-room coolers and stockrooms.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and responds to requests.
