Job summary

Michaels Amherst, NH is seeking a store team member to help customers shop, locate products and complete fast, friendly checkout experiences. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery, while promoting the Rewards program and private label cards.

The role requires retail or customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, planogram (POGs), and merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
