Job summary

The Michaels Companies Amherst, NH store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in finding products, and provide a fast checkout experience. Team members will help with unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and keeping the store well merchandised and in stock.

Candidates should have retail or customer service experience, be able to stand for long periods, and handle lifting and movement of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise; may involve bending, reaching and climbing ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Help customers locate products and provide solutions, including enrollment in rewards programs.
