Michaels is seeking a friendly Store Associate for our Powell/Columbus, OH location. You will help customers find products, participate in the checkout process, and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards while maintaining store standards.

You will also assist with stocking, planograms, and omnichannel tasks (BOPIS/SFS) to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Retail experience is preferred; cross-training in Custom Framing is available. Nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and complete merchandise recovery as needed.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Assist shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
