ISS Facility Services - North America is hiring for a Cook/Dishwasher role in San Diego, CA. The position combines cooking duties with dishwashing to support breakfast, lunch, dinner service, and catered events.

You will follow HACCP and food safety guidelines, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and work with standard prep lists. Daily tasks include pot washing, sanitation, and assisting with general cleaning and storage organization.

Qualificações

• 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment.
• Knowledge of basic cooking and prep techniques.
• Strict adherence to food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
• Assist with general cleaning and sanitation as assigned
• Maintain storage areas and equipment as assigned
• Clock in and out for workday and clock in and out during breaks
• Provide high-quality service in accordance with standards
• Follow current guidelines to ensure high quality food service
• Setup pot sink according to HACCP and wash pots and pans as required
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and service areas
• Remove garbage as directed safely
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment and follow rules
• Notify management of discrepancies or issues
• Attend all meetings of the day
• May perform other duties
