Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is hiring a Cook to accurately and efficiently fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. The role requires following production sheets, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety/HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques.
• Ability to follow production sheets and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for workday and breaks.
• Provide high-quality service in line with client standards.
• Prepare food per recipes and production sheets.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, HACCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with kitchen tasks as assigned.
