Le Quartier Baking Co. in Dundee is seeking a part-time kitchen prep worker and backup part-time baker. The role focuses on assisting bakers with prep tasks and baking pastry and bread for the store, receiving deliveries, and supporting customer service with quality products.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently. Start times vary with baking shifts often starting around 4:30–5:00 am; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented worker with strong communication skills.
• Able to start early morning hours and manage time effectively.
• Experience in a kitchen or bakery is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Stock deli items like quiche, egg patties, bacon, fruit cups, etc.
• Maintain quality standards of Le Quartier Baking Co.
• Organize dough and ingredient orders; place orders for products from other stores.
• Manage time efficiently and proactively find tasks.
• Communicate well with team members.
• Follow task lists and continuously learn the job.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
