Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and ensure supervisors and associates are competent and aligned with customer objectives.
• Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable.
• Interview hourly staff and provide hire recommendations.
• Monitor attendance and productivity and coach staff.
• Lead team meetings and manage operations efficiency.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely records.
