• Maintains information flow across customer service, operations and partners to support execution.
• Reviews trends and recurring issues and provides recommendations to improve workflow and data accuracy.
• Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain continuity.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, or related field
