Job summary

Qualifications

• Verifies shipment documentation and tracking details to ensure compliance.
• Maintains information flow across customer service, operations, and partners.
• Reviews trends and recurring issues; recommends workflow improvements.
• Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities.
