Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.

• Six months of related lifesaving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant observation of the pool area.
• Ensure safety by enforcing pool rules and checking hazardous conditions.
• Respond to emergency situations according to YMCA procedures.
