Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory on a daily basis. The role focuses on accurate counts, reporting variances, and ensuring SAP alignment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a warehouse or inventory setting, with strong SAP/Excel/Word skills and attention to detail. Work hours are Mon-Fri, with early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in warehouse or inventory.
• Strong computer/database skills including SAP, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory count; research and reconcile variances.
• Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory to SAP.
• Identify and report close-dated products and mislabeling with incorrect dates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound dunnage loads daily and weekly.
• Reconcile open purchase orders daily and weekly; assist with invoice management; approve STO/PO corrections; submit BRF.
